Overview

We are committed to ensuring the utmost security of your data and maintaining a safe experience when using our platform. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance security, we are implementing changes to the login process, specifically regarding password management. We want to inform you about the upcoming password reset procedure and the improvements it brings to our system.

What's Changing

Next time you log in to our portal, you will notice a change in the authentication process. To ensure the highest level of security, we are introducing a new and improved password management configuration . This enhancement aligns with industry best practices and is designed to protect your account from unauthorized access.

Note: A pop-up box will appear after a user has entered a valid email address when logging in the operations portal. This is how the process will be moving forward.

Password Reset Process

Upon logging in, you will need to reset your password using the "Forgot password" button. This process ensures that only you have access to your account and that your credentials remain confidential. Please be assured that our operations portal sessions are valid for 30 days. This means that you might not be required to reset your password until your current session expires. This change aims to provide a seamless experience while maintaining strong security protocols.
