This article explains how to use the available Help and Support button in the Operation Portal. The Help and Support button is designed to provide quick access to FAQ guides, knowledge articles, and support requests, enabling users to easily find the information they need or raise a support ticket.
Where to Find the Help and Support Button?
The Help and Support button is conveniently located on the portal's main dashboard. This can be accessed in the sidebar of the Ops portal marked as "Help & Support."
Upon clicking, a user will be redirected to the Liftango Support Portal.
To access the full features of the support portal, a user must log in.
If a user does not have an account, a user can click on the SIGN UP WITH US button and continue with the registration process.
